I just wanted to tell you how delighted I was with everything you did for Zoe & James' big day. The food was
absolutely sensational, and your staff, without exception were amazing. Even though Seaweed's function
was to supply and serve the catering, I feltthat you did much more than that, in as much as you took it upon
yourself to ensure that the whole night ran smoothly, and that meant that I was a lot more relaxed, and could
really enjoy the evening. Both my family and James' family have received many, many 'thank you's' and without
exception everyone raved about your food and your staff. I can't thank you enough, would you please pass on
my special thanks to the delightful Ava one of your waitstaff, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and
who's professionalism was evident in everything she did.
