Just a brief note to say thank you once again for catering the wedding celebrations for Bridie and Alexis.
It was a superb effort by you and your team and the feast was remarkable. It was beautifully presented,
and so artistic and dramatic in its appeal. We could not have asked for more, (we couldn't anyway, as
we were all full!!!).
It certainly matched up to the wedding couple, being both local and French in the very best tradition. I find it uplifting that in our little town of Byron Bay, such a very talented person has chosen to work her craft in this magical way. I can't wait for my next helping!
